I’ve been here three times now, and generally liked my stays. There are excellent hiking options directly at the hotel, there is a nice terrace, I found the staff friendly and helpful, and there is a garage where guests can park their motorcycles and bicycles. For the price, I find the hotel rather good, but there are possibilities for improvement. The interior of the rooms is somewhat dated (although the bathroom/shower was nicely renovated), and the hotel is right next to a busy road. I didn’t get a reservation confirmation, so had to call to ask if my reservation had come through (no big deal, though). Also, the food is of acceptable quality, but I don't think the schnitzel was home made and the salad could use a critical eye with respect to composition.

Nice view from the balcony, good food with big portions and reasonable prices.
